The Gospel Message

• God’s design:
  God created us, gave us life and designed us for relationship with Him. Mankind was created to have perfect fellowship with God. Acts 17:24-28
• Mankind’s rebellion:
  Mankind chose to sin and rebel against God’s leadership, resulting in spiritual death and separation from God. Romans 3:23
• Christ’s sacrifice:
  Jesus Christ came to earth to die for the sins of the world. He substituted Himself for us and took the punishment we deserved. 1 Peter 2:24; 3:18
• God’s gift:
  God offers eternal life to all who will trust in Jesus to save them from their sin. There is nothing we can do to save ourselves. John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Rom. 6:23.
• Mankind’s response:
  You either accept or reject God’s truth. Believing in Jesus results in new life; rejecting Jesus results in judgment. John 1:12, 3:18; Eph. 2:8-9; 1 John 5:11-12.

God loves you. 1 John 4:10
Only Son. The Father sent the Son to be the Savior. 1 John 4:14; John 3:16
Sin. All have sinned against God. Romans 3:23
Poured out His blood. Jesus paid for our sins with His life. Hebrews 9:22
Eternal Life. It’s offered to all who will believe. Acts 16:31; Romans 6:23
