READ: 1 Peter 1:12

It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels long to look. [1 Peter 1:12 ESV]

CONSIDER: God revealed to the prophets that it was not theirs to know at that moment. The things revealed in Christ in the gospel were perfectly timed by God to be revealed in his perfect time. 

THINK: What does this declare about God? What are God’s people being called to do? What assurance is given? How does the Word of God transform our hearts and lives and relationships?

PRAY: Pray these verses to God as a prayer. Pour out your heart in praise to God. Pray for others. Present needs to Him.
