God’s Truth for Trying Times - 6/21/20

We need God’s truth in trying times. Read the Scripture passage, think about what it is saying, then pray; by yourself or with your household. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly (Col. 3:16).

READ: Psalm 145:4

“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” (Psalm‬ ‭145:4‬)

CONSIDER: One generation will tell the next generation how great God is. They will tell and live in light of God’s amazing Dds. This is how the faith is passed on. This is how people learn the Word of God, by people passing down what they have learned. Who are you learning God's Word from and who are you passing it on to? Who are you testifying to about God's greatness?

THINK: What does this declare about God? What are God’s people being called to do? What assurance is given? How does the Word of God transform our hearts and lives and relationships?
