God’s Truth for Trying Times - 7/8/20

We need God’s truth in trying times. Read the Scripture passage, think about what it is saying, then pray; by yourself or with your household. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly (Col. 3:16).

“My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.”

‭‭(Psalm‬ ‭145:21‬)

CONSIDER: The Psalmist desire is to tell of the praises of God, His marvelous ways.all creation should praise God’s wonderful and perfect name forever. This is a statement of faith and a resolve to speak of God’s goodness and grace in any and every circumstance.

THINK: What does this declare about God? What are God’s people being called to do? What assurance is given? How does the Word of God transform our hearts and lives and relationships?
