1. What does it mean to fear God? How is the fear of God evidenced in our life? What are some signs that we are not fearing God? Why must the fear of God (reverence for Him, acknowledging His sovereignty, worship Him) drive everything?
2. Honor is a strong word, meaning to give value to and treasure another. Why would God tell us to honor everyone? Are there any qualifications for that?
3. How is loving the brotherhood (our brothers and sisters in Christ) being stretched and challenged in this time? How might you trust God and foster the healthiest of Christ-centered relationships?
4. What did honoring kings and leaders look like in New Testament times? What should it look like today in your immediate context, and why? How do the particular rights and privileges of citizens in the country in which you live come into play?
