Sermon Application Questions:

1. Of the three-fold description of elders, which do you think might be toughest for them and why?
2. Regarding what good followers do, how are you doing? What is commendable? What is worthy of your repentance?
3. Read Hebrews 13:7 and 13:17. How might you imitate the faith of those who have led you and spoken God’s Word to you? How are we being instructed to choose to behave in order to make our leaders’ work ‘a joy’?
4. Why would God tell everyone to live at peace with one another? Why is that so necessary? What happens when it is not present? (Rom 14:17-19; Gal 5:22)
