Understanding God's Will

Sermon Application Questions:

1. Revelation: In what ways has God revealed His will to mankind? God‘s revelational, directional, indicative, and imperative wills. What’s the primary difference?
2. Direction(s): What kind of directions does God give the believer? How specific does He get? Does He speak only to individuals or to groups as well? How does He do so and how can you know with assurance that He has?
3. Leading and Guidance: How do you know if God is leading and guiding you? How do you know if He isn’t? What if you confuse yourself and your ideas conflict with what the Word of God says?
4. What is the key to knowing and understanding God‘s will?
