Expect to be pointed to worship Jesus Christ

• We want everything we do to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ, and bring honor to Him. Every part of our worship service is aimed at making much of Jesus Christ. We strive to make sure that when we gather, we focus on Christ.

Expect to sing Songs that are Christ centered and God-exalting

• We carefully choose deep and robustly biblical songs that center on Christ and not us. We are not aiming to be entertained, but to enter into the presence of God together and acknowledge His sovereign greatness.

Expect to engage in heartfelt, biblically accurate prayer

• We look to God to lead us, so we come to Him dependently, to praise Him, confess our sins, bring our requests, and pray for those in need. As we are lead in prayer, we pray in agreement, pouring our hearts out to the Lord.

Expect to hear the Word of God

• The Bible is perfect and God uses it to transform us. Expect to find people with their Bibles open, hungry to hear what God has to say. The sermon is the high point of our services, where God works through the Word as it is read, explained, and applied to our lives.

Expect to hear the Gospel of Christ

• You will hear of Christ crucified, buried, risen from the dead, reigning now in Heaven, and expected to return with blessing for those who believe and judgement for those who refuse Him. Expect to hear of the blood of Christ shed on behalf of sinners so that all who believe might have life.

Expect to be engaged relationally

• You will be met by friendly and caring people who will introduce themselves and ask you about who you are. You will probably bee invited out to coffee or lunch, and to a Bible class or fellowship group. We participate in life together as the church and include everyone.
