Q: Is it appropriate to use a credit card for online donations?
A: Grace Church believes in responsible giving so we encourage you to prayerfully consider the use of credit cards for church donations. The amount of your tithes and offerings should be included in your monthly budget.

Q: Is online giving secure?
A: Grace Church meets the standards for PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance. Credit card data is neither stored on our servers, nor accessible to our staff.

Q: Can I make recurring gifts as well as one time contributions?
A: Yes!

Q: Can I use either credit or debit cards to make contributions as well as electronic bank transfers?
A: Yes!

Q: What is the cost of using online giving? Is there a difference in cost between a card and electronic bank transfers?
A: There is a cost to the church, and the amount depends on whether you choose to use a card or electronic bank transfer. Cards run 2.15% of the total amount of the donation + $0.30. Electronic bank transfers cost a flat rate of $0.25 per transaction.

Q: What if I want to cancel or change my online giving?
A: You are always able to choose the date your gifts will be processed. One-time gifts are processed as soon as you click “Submit” and cannot be cancelled. Recurring gifts may be cancelled prior to the scheduled date. If you want to change the date or amount of a recurring gift, you must cancel it and create a new recurring gift.

Q: Will my online gifts be included on my statement of contributions?
A: Yes!

Q: Can I view my past giving history online?
A: Yes, however most transactions take several days to clear.

Q: What if I’m not a regular attender but want to make a donation? How can I get a statement for tax purposes?
A: Your giving statement is available online and we will also mail you a year end printed statement in January
