Why we do not need to fear anything or anyone except God

Ps. 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for You are with me.

Is. 41:10 do not fear for I am with you.

Matt. 28:20 I am with you always even to the end of the age.

Hebrews 13:5 never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.

The reason we do not need to fear anything or anyone except for God is because God is always with us. This is true for believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. They have the promises of God made more sure. Jesus himself promised to be with us always.

Because of the finished work of Christ on the cross. Because of his love. Because of his blood shed in our place. Because he draws us to himself. Because God will never cast out the one who comes to Christ. We have no need to fear.
