"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all." Psalm 34:19 KJV

God puts no hedge of immunity from suffering around His children. The most righteous believers can expect testings. Thousands, in pretense and without repentance, would flee to Christ if they knew once having come, they would be immune to life's sufferings. To the contrary, Jesus warns true believers of the many (not few) afflictions that will come our way." In the world, you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) Whatever your present affliction, spiritual, physical or emotional, brief or prolonged, trust God to deliver you from it or through it. In the above scripture from how many afflictions will God deliver us? Does "all" include yours?
