God's thoughts and ways are higher than ours. This is where God has you right now, and you don't want to miss His gracious and merciful provision for you in the midst of your deepest pain. As much as we wish it were true, we don't get to pick and choose what happens in life. Who are we to say God can't bring His best in the midst of our worst times? The 'all things' of Romans 8:28 and 8:42 are the same.
