God is good, therefore trustworthy, and has our best interest at heart. What the prophet Nahum found to be true about God can be your experience as you trust Him in "days of trouble." The Bible teaches, "Man is born to trouble as the sparks fly upward," (Job 5:7) thus inevitable. To whom or what do you turn to when days of trouble come and you feel powerless to cope? Turn to the Lord; His strength will not fail you. God is an anchor to the soul for all who place their faith and trust in Him. Surely, He knows if you are trusting Him today!
