"For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin." Heb. 12:3, 4 NKJ

Physical weariness can, and often does, lead to spiritual discouragement. A pastor friend of mine, when asked was he getting his needed rest, replied, "I can rest when I get to heaven." When there is nothing left in your tank and you feel you can't carry on, think about Jesus who endured the full venom of human hatred and yet kept doing the will of His Father. At the end of the "Passion week" totally exhausted, He resisted the devil's effort to keep Him from dying on the cross, the cause for which He came into the world. Paradoxically, the death of Jesus by crucifixion not only paid for our sins, but also the sinful action of those responsible for-nailing Him to the cross. Few of us have shed blood resisting sin.
