If you are a Christian, hear this clearly: God already retaliated against sin at the cross. Those who reject Christ stand condemned by their own choice. But there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ. Moved away from the hope of the gospel, many Christians flounder. If you are like me, your love for Jesus easily grows cold. What you experience on Sundays sometimes only lasts as long as it takes to get to your car. Nothing seems to stick. You show up each Sunday in a spiritual fog, depleted, in desperate need a gospel transfusion. Look to Jesus to be your adequacy and sufficiency.
